Requirements

• Technical Maintenance and Operation: Utilize technical knowledge to ensure proper maintenance and operation of industrial equipment.

• Troubleshooting and Diagnostics: Efficiently diagnose and resolve malfunctions in EV systems, including electric drivetrains, battery management systems, and related components.

• Distributor Support: Establish and maintain effective communication channels with distributors to promptly address technical inquiries and concerns.

• Performance Analysis: Monitor system error codes, analyze performance data, and provide actionable feedback to enhance product reliability and efficiency.

• Parts Identification: Assist distributors and customers in identifying and sourcing parts needed for maintenance and repair.

• Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to provide customer feedback and support product improvements.

Qualifications:

• Technical Skills: Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, troubleshoot electronic systems, and understand hydraulic systems.

• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex issues efficiently.

• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with distributors and customers.
