Position Overview:
We are seeking a results-driven Product Manager to join our growing IT Team! In this role, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our internal tools and processes, along with collaborating closely with our Marketing and Sales teams to optimize lead flow and elevate the customer experience. This is an excellent opportunity for a results-oriented individual contributor to make a significant impact in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment. This is a full-time employment opportunity reporting into the VP of IT.
Requirements

- Bachelor's Degree in Business,Computer Science, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Product Manager, preferably in the financial services or real estate industry.
- Strong understanding of product management principles, methodologies, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Experience with project management tools and methodologies.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, marketing automation tools, and other relevant technologies.
Responsibilities:
- Stakeholder Engagement: Interface with business and technology stakeholders to gather requirements, define product strategy, and ensure alignment with company goals.
- Product Development: Guide the development and enhancement of internal tools and processes, ensuring they meet the needs of the business and improve efficiency.
- Operations Support: Partner with the Operations teams to enhance customer experience, providing them with the tools and insights needed to drive customer satisfaction and sales performance.
- Marketing/Sales Collaboration: Work closely with the Marketing and Sales teams to optimize lead flow, ensuring a seamless and effective process from lead generation to conversion.
- Project Management: Oversee product development projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Data Analysis: Utilize data and analytics to inform product decisions and measure the success of product initiatives.
- Customer Feedback: Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify pain points and opportunities for product improvement.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to stay informed of industry trends and competitor offerings, ensuring our products remain competitive and innovative.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with various teams across the organization, including Engineering, Operations, Sales, and Marketing to ensure a cohesive approach to product development and implementation.
