We are looking for an individual who is highly organized and an excellent communicator to fill the Product Coordinator position. This person will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end product development lifecycle, including new product initiatives and product extensions. This role will manage the critical interface between product development, project execution, and supplier processes. The incumbent will ensure timely delivery of new products while maintaining stringent quality standards, operational efficiency, and adherence to company protocols and industry regulations.
The Product Coordinator will possess strong attention to detail, excellent project management skills, and the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders. This role is crucial in driving the company's product innovation strategy and maintaining our competitive edge in the market.
Key Responsibilities:
Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product design, e-commerce and sales to assist with brand consistency in go-to-market strategies and alignment with business objectives.
- Conduct regular meetings to update the team and assist all members to align on priorities and status of activities.
Project Management:
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines while maintaining attention to detail and quality.
- Organize files, assets, and documentation for each project to ensure efficient workflow and easy accessibility.
- Present regular project updates to the stakeholders.
- Identify potential risks and communicate them to the team.
Monday:
- Monitor project progress and adjust as necessary.
- Ensure all parties are keeping their project status up to date on the software.
- Maintain proper documentation for the new products.
Suppliers:
- Coordinate projects and actions with existing and new suppliers.
- Work with Supply Chain, China third Party and our suppliers to keep projects and quality of the products on track.
NetSuite:
- Coordinate information flow across NetSuite to ensure it is completed with accurate and timely information.
- Assist the team with information from the suppliers to ensure it is timely and accurate.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in project or product management.
- High level of energy and self-driven.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Critical thinking skills and innovative approach to problem solving.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Beginner knowledge of Monday or other project management software.
- Intermediate or advanced user of Microsoft Office.
- Ability to look at a computer screen for extended periods of time.
