The growth we are experiencing is driving the need for a Principal Consultant to support our strategic efforts in these consumer-facing industries. Focused on the end-to-end value chain across the consumer goods and services ecosystem, we are looking for an industry leader who can understand industry challenges, apply them to client needs, and craft solutions for how to address them

Responsibilities

Lead Rvb Associates strategic engagements in planning, selecting, and optimizing offerings that map a client's vision & requirements to solutions

Act as a subject matter expert for Consumer Goods, Retail, and Travel & Hospitality industries

Develop business and product strategies to support our client's digital, commercial, and operational capabilities

Work with our clients to understand emerging trends and technologies, the capabilities they uniquely enable, how they can be applied, and what problems they can solve

Work closely with Florida and Massachusetts business units to support and lead business development

As a Principal Consultant, you will help to define Rvb Associates' go-to-market value proposition for consumer industries consulting

This includes interfacing with other senior leadership to craft related industry offerings

Define, implement, and maintain industry best practices that balance business, technology, and customer needs

Support sales and pre-sales activities by assessing opportunities, designing solutions, developing proposals, establishing relationships with clients and prospective clients, and helping to close new deals

Experience leading and implementing strategies and solutions for companies in consumer-facing industries

Proven ability to operate independently at client locations

We are lean and rapidly growing - we need experienced consulting leaders who are capable of taking charge while also engaging in hands-on project work

End-to-end understanding of customer experiences, shopping channels, and industry solutions

Strong understanding of Consumer Goods, Retail, Travel, and/or Hospitality technologies and trends

Strong leadership, communication, and influencer skills

Skilled at analyzing complex business issues with the ability to effectively communicate these issues to clients

Able to anticipate and identify risks and drive action to mitigate and resolve issues as they occur

Strong client network within the Consumer Goods, Retail, Travel, and/or Hospitality industries

Executive-level presentation skills

Strong analytical skills

Proven record of building effective teams - recruiting and retention is critical

Project management

Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree

Additional education is appreciated

Willingness to travel up to 50%
