Salary: $90,000 - $115,000 annually + comprehensive benefits

In This Role, You Will:

• Perform personalized evaluations to understand each patient’s unique needs.
• Design tailored treatment plans that focus on improving mobility and reducing discomfort.
• Work closely with a diverse healthcare team to create a seamless care experience for patients.
• Provide guidance and support to patients and their families to ensure long-term health improvements.
• Keep accurate records of patient progress to inform future care decisions.

Requirements

• Master’s or Doctorate in Physical Therapy (MPT or DPT).
• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• A collaborative, team-oriented mindset and strong communication skills.
• Familiarity with EMR software (a plus, but not required).
