Position Details:
In this role, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, and implementing individualized treatment strategies for patients of all ages and backgrounds.

Compensation: $90,000 - $115,000 annually, with a comprehensive benefits package.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

• Conducting detailed evaluations to understand each patient’s unique needs.
• Developing and applying personalized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.
• Working alongside a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated care.
• Educating patients and families about therapeutic exercises and strategies for ongoing recovery.
• Keeping accurate records of treatment interventions and patient progress.

Requirements

• Master’s or Doctorate in Physical Therapy (MPT or DPT).
• State licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience with EMR software preferred.
