Gotham Enterprises Ltd is seeking a dedicated full-time Physical Therapist in near Fort Myers, FL. The physical therapist is able to interact on a professional basis and able to understand and react effectively to the unique needs of patients in reference to specific age groups and demonstrates competency to plan, initiate and evaluate care for patients in accordance with discipline-specific therapy standards.

Salary: $90,000-$100,000 per year plus full benefits (salary is also depending on experience)

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 4 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver personalized, evidence-based care and proven interventions.
• Encourage and motivate patients to enhance their functional abilities.
• Collaborate with other health professionals for integrated patient care.
• Monitor and evaluate patient progress; communicate findings effectively..
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatments.

Requirements

Requirements:

• Master's or Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• FL state license as Physical Therapist.
• Must have 2 years of clinical experience as a Physical Therapist, preferably in Chiropractor & PT practice.
• Strong manual therapy skills and training.
• Familiarity with EMR Software (e.g., WebPT).
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.
• No disciplinary actions or board actions on license.
• New grads are welcome to apply!
