Physical Therapist

Thomas Talent Network, LLC is seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team. As a Physical Therapist, you will provide comprehensive assessment and treatment to patients with various physical conditions, aiming to improve their mobility, restore function, and enhance their overall well-being.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' physical abilities, medical history, and treatment goals
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patients' needs and goals
• Administer therapeutic exercises and modalities to improve patients' strength, range of motion, and flexibility
• Provide education and guidance to patients and their families on exercise routines, proper body mechanics, and injury prevention
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and comprehensive patient care
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient assessments, progress, and treatment plans

Requirements

Requirements:

• Valid Physical Therapist license
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Physical Therapist
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and rehabilitation techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Empathy and compassion for patients
• Flexible schedule to accommodate patient needs
