Per Diem Registered Nurse

Caring Connections is looking for 1-2 part time RN's to complete intake assessments for our patients in Tallahassee and the surrounding counties. Intake Assessments involve meeting with patients in their homes and completing an assessment, service agreement, medication documentation, and developing initial care plan. The vsits average about an hour in length and we pay per visit and mileage reimbursement.

Requirements

FL RN license

Current CPR card or willing to get within 2 weeks

TB test or willing to get within 2 weeks.
