Part-time Sports Coach

Amazing Athletes and Soccer Stars Clearwater is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Pre School Coach. In this role, you will lead classes with young children aged 2 - 5 years old through our pathway program. As a dynamic coach, you will work with small groups of children to develop their soccer skills, teamwork and socialization skills in a fun, non-competitive, educational environment. Encouraging each child to feel confident in their own abilities and allowing them to improve at their own rate is incredibly rewarding! This position will offer you a chance to play an active role in each child's development and help them improve their physical ability, gross motor skills and self-confidence while enjoying a rewarding career in the sports industry.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience working with children aged 2-5 in a mentoring environment
• Passion for working with children
• Strong teamwork and excellent interpersonal skills
• Highly energetic, reliable, patient, enthusiastic and self-motivated
• Ability to work with little supervision and adapt to change
• Ability to learn new applications quickly
• Certified or willing to get certified with CPR and First Aid Certifications
• Must pass background check
