Parts Coordinator

1 Resource Group is currently seeking a Parts Coordinator to join our clients growing team in the sea port truck industry. . As a Parts Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient and timely management of parts inventory. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and contribute to the success of our clients in the construction industry.

Responsibilities

• Process quotes and assist in generating accurate price estimates for customers.
• Confirm and process customer orders in a timely and efficient manner.
• Coordinate shipments, ensuring seamless logistics and on-time delivery.
• Assist with import and export documentation, customs clearance, and compliance.
• Work closely with the parts team to enhance order processing and customer service.
• Handle invoicing and related financial transactions accurately and efficiently.

Requirements

• Bilingual: English and Spanish.
• Previous experience in importing and exporting preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and adapt to new processes and tools.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills to handle a high volume of inquiries and tasks.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proficient in using computer applications and software for order processing, tracking, and documentation.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Additional qualifications in business, logistics, or related field a plus
