Parts Associate III

The Parts Associate III is responsible for all aspects of the Parts Associate duties, including sales, service, and consignment. This position plans and maintains a Parts Department consignment program in order to provide exceptional customer service. The Parts Associate III works closely with Lift Power customers, technicians and other departments.

• Perform warehouse duties including shipping, receiving, stocking, loading and unloading trucks
• Handle technician calls, walk up inquiries, email requests and inquiries
• Provide quotes and place parts orders for customers and technicians
• Assist technicians and customers by locating and pulling parts and resolving other inquiries or requests
• Promote sales growth by actively seeking new consignment accounts through visits to prospective customers with CSSR’s and by adding new items to the consignment program

• Communication – able to effectively and express self verbally and in writing with co-workers, customers, vendors, and managers
• Organization & Time Management – able to work independently with minimal supervision, planning, scheduling and organizing schedule to complete actions within established deadlines; able to handle multiple priorities with strong attention to detail
• Systems & Software – proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office software applications
