Schedule: Sunday-Thursday 10 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Job Duties:

·         Assist customers with phone purchases and product questions.

·         Cover the online chat platform and assist with purchases and product questions from online customers. 

·         Complete auxiliary tasks such as taking payments for parts orders and delivery add-ons.

·         Assist existing customers with issues regarding their current order in effort to maintain the order and customer relations. 

Job Requirements:

·         Minimum of 1 year of customer service

·         Ability to work as part of a team

·         Must take the initiative, be self-directed, have good time management skills, and be detailed oriented

·         Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office, especially Excel

·         Multitasking in a fast-paced environment

·         Ability to work weekends & evenings and most holidays
