Full Job Description

Coral Gables based top producer real estate agent with established reputation is looking for an Assistant to join his team. Some of the responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Managing calendar and appointments (both personal and business)
  • Manage the process of listings from start to finish
  • Responsible for answering and returning all calls 
  • Must be extremely organized and structured with ability to multitask within a fast-paced environment
  • Responsible for managing emails, text and client communication.
  • General Marketing Background

 

  • Work alongside other team members (marketing coordinator, transactions manager and subagents); must be able to interact well within a closely-knit team (particularly to coordinate appointments & multiple tasks)
  • Assist with all administrative projects and research.
  • Collecting and analyzing feedback from customers
  • Positive Attitude & Self-Motivated
  • Team Oriented
  • Excellent customer skills
  • Assist in generating business

Requirements

2-5 years administrative experience

Real Estate license is a plus but not is not required. Training will be provided

Bilingual (English/Spanish)

MS Office Suite proficiency

Hours:

9 am – 6 pm 

Must be flexible with after hours and weekend availability.
