Location: Naval Diving and Salvage Training Center (NDSTC)

First Division Consulting is actively seeking a Process Lead NDSTC to provide RRL Process Facilitator support for Navy Diver (ND) in support of (ISO) of RRL processes. The chosen candidate will have a crucial role in the development and execution of the NDSTC's strategic training processes. (CEODD)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate the execution and implementation of ND RRL processes.
  • Lead data collection efforts ISO of the ND RRL processes.
  • Develop plans and requirements to execute RRL process outcomes in conjunction with the Learning Site Chain of Command and NDSTC staff.
  • Draft, format, and edit official Navy correspondences.
  • Organize virtual collaborative teams.
  • Lead data collection efforts ISO of the ND accessions and Career Long Learning Continuum (CLLC) process specific to ND and NDSTC.
  • Develop plans to execute RRL process outcomes for ND specific to NDSTC, brief developed plans to NDSTC staff and leadership for approval.
  • Participate in ND RRL-specific virtual and in-person meetings and collaborative efforts as directed by the NDSTC ND RRL PM.
  • Support NDSTC RRL PM with ND-specific RRL process forms, worksheets, workbooks, briefs, and other required products.
  • Ensure NDSTC staff and leadership are aware of ND RRL progress by providing Bi-Weekly updates to the NDSTC Training Department and ND RRL PM.

Requirements

  • US Citizen with Secret Clerance

Experience:

  • Minimum of two (2) years (within the last five (5) years) of Naval Education and Training Command (NETC) training process experience.
  • Two (2) years of experience in the training, facilities, and organizational structure of NDSTC.
  • Must be knowledgeable about NAVEDTRA series 130 – 140.

Education/Certifications:

  • US Navy First Class Diver (minimum E-7), Diving Officer, or EOD Officer.

Qualifications: After joining, within two (2) months, the employee must demonstrate:

  • Proficiency in leading data collection efforts ISO ND RRL processes, develop plans and requirements to execute RRL process outcomes.
  • Mastery in the correct formatting of official memorandums, letters, and instructions according to the Navy Correspondence Manual.
  • Skilled in writing and editing formal correspondence.
  • Understanding and aptitude in the use of Navy terminology.
  • Proficiency in the current ND RRL process, including the Functional Requirements Document (FRD), Naval Education Training Command (NETC) Fielding and Functionality study, and the Navy Training Process (NTP) worksheet/workbook.
  • Aptitude in organizing virtual collaborative teams and using Microsoft Office Home suite of applications.
