Responsibilities:
- Handling inbound calls from customers regarding their Metro by T-Mobile service
- Providing troubleshooting assistance and resolving customer issues
- Processing customer payments and inquiries
- Offering additional products and services to enhance the customer experience
- Documenting customer interactions and updating customer accounts
- Ensuring customer satisfaction by effectively resolving their concerns
Requirements
- Prior customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer knowledge and navigation skills
- Positive attitude and ability to empathize with customers
