Positive Behavioral Solutions is a trauma-informed agency that specializes in the following evidence-based practices:
- Modular Approach to Therapy with Children (MATCH): A flexible, short-term therapy model focusing on youth ages 5 to 17 who are experiencing anxiety, depression, posttraumatic stress, and/or disruptive behaviors. Learn More Here: https://pbsfl.org/match

Ready to Grow?
We currently have positions open in Orlando, FL. Our therapists may see clients in one of our office locations upon availability. Therapeutic services are typically provided in a community setting, such as client's homes, schools, or agreed-upon public locations where possible.
Therapy is expected to be provided in person unless circumstances require other arrangements.
This position is “Fee-for-Service”, Independently Contracted. Applicant must have dependable transportation, good communication skills, and be able to carry and maintain their caseload.
Job Types: Full-time and Part-time Contract Positions
- Full-Time Caseload: Minimum of 20 clients
- Part-Time Caseload: Minimum of 10-15 clients

Position Requirements:
- We are currently hiring Mental Health Therapists comfortable with providing services in community settings, face to face (Home/School/Community).
- MINIMUM of a Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling Psychology,
- Must meet one of the following: Eligible for Licensure through the State of Florida's 491 Board, Registered with the State of Florida's 491 Board as a Clinical Intern, OR Licensed as a Social Worker, Mental Health Counselor, or Marriage and Family Therapy.
- Must be able to provide counseling in the client’s home, school, or community settings.
- Must be willing to work with Children and Families (13 years and younger).
- Must be flexible, independent, and goal-oriented with clients.
- Must attend Monthly Supervision Meetings.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Mental Health Therapists are responsible for working directly with clients and families, providing individual and family sessions, and seeing ALL clients assigned.
- Schedules and sets own appointments in a timely manner.
- Establishes rapport/gain trust with assigned clients or families.
- Meets weekly documentation deadlines.
- Must be willing to collaborate with other organizations and healthcare providers for treatment purposes.
- Communicates effectively with the administration team.
- Attends Monthly Supervision meetings.
- Attends weekly supervision meetings as needed.
