Full Job Description

In October 2020, Pool Troopers partnered with Shoreline Equity Partners (Private Equity Firm) to support the next phase of growth including the execution of a rapid acquisition strategy.

As a Marketing Specialist with Pool Troopers, you will have a rewarding career with opportunities for growth and advancement. This position will report to the Senior Marketing Specialist.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing lead-generation campaigns across various platforms, including SEO, Facebook, PPC, Display, and Thumbtack.
  • Assist in developing engaging social media content.
  • Monitor and respond to our online reviews in our review management platform.
  • Produce a monthly internal newsletter to keep the company informed of important events and updates.
  • Design internal-use graphics using Canva, supporting marketing and communication efforts.
  • Assist in editing and producing video content for social media and internal use.
  • Conduct market research and provide insights as needed.
  • Respond promptly to website chats and Facebook messages to ensure positive customer interactions.
  • Organize team appreciation and volunteer events to foster a positive workplace culture.
  • Evaluate the quality of leads to ensure effective targeting and follow-up.
  • Support the management and promotion of Pool Troopers’ charitable initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Management, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot, Canva, SEMRush, Google Ads, Google Analytics, PowerBI, WordPress, and video editing software is a plus but not required.
  • Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience.
