Marketing Representative (Home Care)

Firstat Nursing Services an affiliate of Parx Home Health Care, a leading home care agency in Orange County, is seeking a Marketing Representative to join their team. This position is ideal for an individual who is passionate about patient care, possesses strong marketing skills, and has a desire to grow with a reputable company.

The Marketing Representative will be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with healthcare providers, community organizations, and potential clients. The position requires a self-motivated individual who can work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase company visibility and attract potential clients.
• Network with healthcare providers and establish relationships to promote Firstat Home Care’s services.
• Identify and attend community events to promote Firstat Home Care’s services and build relationships with potential clients and referral sources.
• Maintain database of current and potential clients, referral sources and healthcare providers.
• Use social media platforms to promote Firstat Home Care’s services and increase engagement.
• Collaborate with the Firstat Home Care team to create marketing collateral such as flyers and brochures.
• Attend meetings and trainings to stay up to date on industry trends and regulations.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the healthcare industry.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Knowledge of social media platforms and marketing techniques.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
