Get ready for a wild ride! PropLogix exhibits at and attends more than 15 industry events a year, puts on some events of its own, and hosts monthly webinars. We’re seeking an energetic and organized individual who LOVES to plan events. With tons of room for creativity to help our brand stand out, we want someone who pays attention to the details and enjoys watching their ideas come to life.
The ideal candidate will be a social butterfly who is ready to make connections in the industry right away. You will be coordinating with all our favorite partners who will love to work with you because we are supporting them and their business!
You will:
- Coordinate industry tradeshow sponsorships, which includes:
- Maintain calendar of nationwide industry trade shows and events
- Handle sponsorship agreements and payments
- Pack boxes to send to industry conferences and unpack at office upon return
- Track costs and review ROI of events and sponsorships
- Attend conferences as needed and share photos and videos
- Plan and facilitate PropLogix-hosted events for customers and prospects
- Manage and maintain inventory of Swag, Giveaways, and Print Collateral
- Handle Customer Gifting
- Quarterly gifting campaigns for customers based on revenue tiers
- Order items and assemble gifts for sales reps to distribute to customers
- Coordinate virtual and in-person educational events
- Coordinate Monthly Webinars
- Ensure materials are up to date and approved by state
- Find instructors to teach materials
- Submit credits to the state
- Create promotional email campaigns to generate attendance
- Track analytics for registration and attendance
- Customize virtual or in-person seminars for individual customers
This role is Exempt and not eligible for overtime.
Requirements
- Experience in tradeshow logistics and event coordination (3+ years)
- Associate’s degree or higher
- The ability to travel up to 5% of the time
- Strong sense of organization and attention to detail
- Sense of urgency
- Ability to connect easily and build relationships
- The ability to lift up to 40 lbs
Nice to haves:
- Experience with online webinar platforms
- Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM systems
