National Star Services is a 26-year-old facility management company providing different services all nationwide and we are now in search of a Maintenance Clerk for our location in Orlando, FL

Details of the job:

As the Maintenance clerk, the role involves overseeing maintenance records and managing inventory. You will answer phone calls, track maintenance schedules, and handle accounting tasks such as paying bills and tracking temp hours worked. Creating detailed reports on purchases and costs will also be part of the responsibilities. The clerk will file documents, enter data into the system accurately, and ensure all information is verified. Following safety procedures and assisting with various other duties as assigned are also key aspects of your role.

Schedule:

·         Monday to Friday

·         7:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Pay: 

·         $18:00 / hr.  

·         **Weekly Pay**

Requirements:

·         Proficiency in Microsoft (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Access);

·         Knowledge of customer service and general office procedures;

·         Knowledge in accounting;

·         Must speak English;

·         Must pass a background check and drug test;

·         E-verify

·         Be able to follow safe operating safeties;

·         Reliable transportation is necessary.
