Machinery Operator.

Goodyear Belts by Adventry Corp., a leading company in the Industrial and Automotive industry, is seeking a dependable and skilled Machinery Operator to assist in the production process. The successful candidate will be working with cutting-edge technology, to ensure the efficient production of Goodyear Power Transmission Belts, while maintaining a high level of quality control. Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain equipment in production area.
• Operate a forklift to move materials, supplies, and finished products within the warehouse
• Monitor the production equipment for quality assurance and make necessary adjustments.
• Conducting regular routine maintenance on production equipment.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to ensure proper product output.
• Maintain a steady flow of production throughout the day to meet deadlines.
• Meet production targets through attention to detail and effective teamwork.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong mechanical skills and knowledge of industrial machinery.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and blueprints.
• Attentive and able to follow instructions and procedures.
• Experience in manufacturing or industrial production settings is preferred.
• Basic computer skills for production reporting and maintenance tracking.
• Ability to work in a physically demanding environment that requires standing, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
