• Develop and implement logistics strategies and processes that align with business objectives
• Manage transportation operations, including carrier selection, routing, and tracking
• Optimize warehouse operations, including inventory management and order fulfillment
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth logistics operations
• Streamline processes and implement cost-saving initiatives
• Monitor and analyze logistics performance and KPIs
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
• Build and maintain strong relationships with carriers and suppliers

Requirements

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Logistics Manager or similar role
• In-depth knowledge of logistics principles, best practices, and industry trends
• Experience in transportation management, warehouse operations, and inventory management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Familiarity with logistics software and systems
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field
• Professional certifications in logistics or supply chain management are a plus
• Experience in the financial technology industry is a plus
