Logistics Manager

Deals US LLC is seeking a dedicated and experienced Logistics Manager to join our team. As a leading e-commerce company, Deals US LLC specializes in providing high-quality products and exceptional customer service. The Logistics Manager will be responsible for overseeing the efficient operation of the company's logistics processes, including inventory management, transportation, and warehouse coordination.

The ideal candidate should have strong organizational and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. They should possess excellent leadership and team management skills, as well as a thorough understanding of logistical operations and supply chain management. The Logistics Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring the timely delivery and high-quality service that our customers expect.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate logistics operations, ensuring that all activities are carried out efficiently and according to company policies and procedures
• Manage and optimize inventory levels, monitor stock levels, and implement systems to improve accuracy and efficiency
• Oversee transportation operations, including the coordination of inbound and outbound shipments and the selection of carriers
• Collaborate with the purchasing department to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of products and materials
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and service providers to ensure a reliable supply chain
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance logistics processes
• Train, supervise, and support the logistics team, providing guidance and feedback to optimize their performance

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Proven experience in logistics management, preferably in an e-commerce or retail environment
• Strong knowledge of logistical operations, including inventory management, transportation, and warehouse coordination
• Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Excellent leadership and team management abilities
• Proficiency in using logistics management software and tools
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
