Line Cook / Roundsman

'Tween Waters Resort is looking to hire a Roundsman for our Old Captiva House and Crow's Nest restaurants. Full-time position available immediately. Hours are Monday-Sunday including holidays; variety of shifts available.

Extensive knowledge and experience of saute and grill stations, are essential for our fine dining and soon-to-open steak house. Must be in possession of necessary food handler's licenses.

Must possess good hygiene and grooming standards and have a reliable means to get to work as required

Requirements

• Maintain a clean and sanitized work station
• Follow all health and safety guidelines
• Maintain stock supplies
• Adhere to recipes and presentations for food items
• Follow Executive and Sous Chef instructions
• Receive and store products appropriately
• Ensure a rotation system, and that all food is properly organized & dated
• Provide guidance to junior staff members
• Assist in set-up of banquet preparations
• Clean station and kitchen at end of shifts
• Ensure food comes out simulataneously, to standard and in timely manner
• Be punctual and able to observe regular and consistent attendance
• Contribute to a positive team environment
