Phi International, Inc. is excited to announce an opening for a compassionate and motivated Life Coach to join our innovative team. In this role, you will empower individuals to gain clarity on their goals, overcome obstacles, and cultivate personal growth and resilience. As a Life Coach, you will provide personalized coaching sessions, develop tailored action plans, and offer support and encouragement to help clients achieve their desired outcomes. Responsibilities

• Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions to help clients identify their goals and challenges.
• Develop personalized coaching plans tailored to individual client needs.
• Provide strategies and tools to assist clients in overcoming personal barriers.
• Encourage and motivate clients to stay committed to their self-improvement journey.
• Maintain accurate records of client progress and sessions.
• Continuously assess client needs and adapt coaching techniques accordingly.
• Facilitate workshops and group coaching sessions as needed.

Requirements

• Certification in Life Coaching or a related field (e.g., Psychology, Counseling).
• Proven experience as a Life Coach or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of personal development principles and coaching methodologies.
• Excellent communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to motivate and inspire clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Passion for helping others achieve their personal and professional goals.
• Flexible schedule and willingness to work evenings or weekends as necessary.
