Full Job Description
As a Landscape Foreman at Brevard Landscaping, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and executing various landscaping projects. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Leading and supervising a team of landscapers and laborers in daily tasks.
- Ensuring that landscaping projects are completed efficiently, on schedule, and within budget.
- Conducting site inspections, assessing project requirements, and developing work plans.
- Managing and maintaining landscaping equipment and tools.
- Coordinating with clients to ensure their needs and expectations are met.
- Providing guidance and mentorship to team members, assisting in their skill development.
- Maintaining a safe and organized work environment.
Requirements: To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- Proven experience in landscaping and horticulture.
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience in landscaping projects.
- Strong knowledge of landscaping techniques, materials, and equipment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- A valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Knowledge of local plant species and environmental regulations in Brevard County is a plus.
