Requirements

• Tour Guiding: Conduct safe and enjoyable jet ski tours for groups of various sizes, ensuring adherence to all safety regulations and company policies.
• Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, assisting guests with equipment, answering questions,and addressing any concerns.
• Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and inspections on jet skis to ensure optimal performance and safety.
• Safety Compliance: Strictly adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines, including emergency procedures.
• Qualifications:
  • Experience: Previous experience as a jet ski tour operator or guide is preferred.
  • Certifications: We will assist in providing the following certifications: NASBLA Approved Boating Safety License, Vessel Livery Operator Online Course, CPR/AE
  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, excellent customer service orientation, and a passion for water sports.
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment, swim proficiently, and work in various weather conditions.
