Insurance Agent Customer Service

In need of an insurance customer service representative who helps insurance policyholders and clients with a variety of tasks, including

• Answering customer questions, handling complaints, and providing information about products.
• Reviewing customer policies, changing policies
• Answering inbound and outbound calls, responding to emails and texts, and communicating clearly via written and verbal means
• Inputting data via written and electronic communications, and processing paperwork
• Meeting deadlines and performing routine detailed work
• Working with peers and supervisors to establish a collaborative working relationship
