Position Summary:
The Human Resources Intern supports with functions related to Human Resources business partnering, organizational compliance, payroll and benefits administration, and other administrative tasks.
Key responsibilities include familiarizing themselves with policies and procedures to help align the workforce with the strategic goals of the company, support processes related to facilitating a given employee’s performance review with their manager, and utilizing human resources information systems (HRIS) to become an educational resource for employees.
As the solar industry is experiencing rapid growth, the Human Resources Intern should be adaptable and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. This position requires strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and an understanding of fundamental human resources practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for effectively interacting with employees, management, and external stakeholders.

Requirements
Required Education, Experience, and Skills:
- Enrolled in a degree program at an accredited college/university in the subject of Human Resources or related field (such as Business Administration or Organizational Management, etc.)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and other programs and systems to support administrative duties is desired.
- Organized, strong discretion, and ethics, as this role will be exposed to matters and data that require maintaining the highest level of confidentiality.
