Home Health Clinical Manager

Thomas Talent Network, LLC is currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Home Health Clinical Manager to join our team. As a Clinical Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality home health services to our patients, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and agency policies. You will supervise and support a team of clinicians, collaborate with other healthcare professionals, and contribute to the growth and success of our home health company.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise a team of nurses, therapists, and aides, providing ongoing guidance, support, and education
• Ensure the delivery of high-quality care that meets the individual needs of each patient
• Monitor and evaluate clinical outcomes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies for quality improvement
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with physicians, hospitals, and other healthcare providers
• Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations, as well as agency policies and procedures
• Participate in the recruitment, training, and performance evaluation of clinical staff
• Contribute to the development and implementation of strategic goals and objectives for the organization
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices, implementing changes as appropriate

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Active RN license in the state
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in nursing or related field
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in home health or related healthcare setting
• Previous management or leadership experience
• Strong clinical and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of all state and federal regulations related to home health
• Ability to develop and maintain positive relationships with patients, families, and healthcare providers
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
