About the Role

This is a DIRECT HIRE position with great benefits and perks offered! In this position, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing various types of equipment, including forklifts, excavators, compactors, crushers, screens, and dump trucks. This is a field mechanic position, so you must be able to pass a background, drug screen and MVR. Your expertise in handling heavy-wheeled construction equipment will be invaluable in ensuring their optimal functionality. As part of our team, you will collaborate with customers and fellow team members to identify equipment issues and provide effective solutions.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience working as an Equipment Mechanic or similar role.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to diagnose and repair equipment.
• Proficiency with hand and power tools.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy equipment as needed.
