We are seeking a Guest Experience Coordinator to join our team on the night shift at Brightwild. As a Guest Experience Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have a memorable and exceptional experience during their stay.
Responsibilities
- Manage all guest communication during the night shift, including answering incoming reservation calls and in-stay guest service calls.
- Provide prompt and friendly responses to chat messages and emails, addressing customer inquiries and requests.
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.
- Handle and resolve guest issues and complaints, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with other team members and departments to ensure all guest accommodations are properly maintained and prepared.
- Assist with remote check-ins and emergencies during the night shift.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Prior customer service or hospitality experience.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and during night shifts.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
- Proficiency in using computers and technology.
- Reliable transportation for commuting.
