Responsibilities

• Ensure the safety and comfort of passengers during flights.
• Conduct pre-boarding checks and verify passenger tickets.
• Serve food and beverages to passengers while attending to their needs.
• Assist passengers with seating arrangements and luggage storage.
• Perform safety demonstrations and emergency procedures to ensure passenger understanding.
• Respond to passenger inquiries and provide information as needed.
• Monitor and manage cabin conditions, including temperature and lighting.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Fluent in English; additional language skills are a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service orientation and a friendly demeanor.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
• Adaptability to travel schedules and shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Willingness to undergo training and follow safety protocols.
