Responsibilities
- Ensure the safety and comfort of passengers during flights.
- Conduct pre-boarding checks and verify passenger tickets.
- Serve food and beverages to passengers while attending to their needs.
- Assist passengers with seating arrangements and luggage storage.
- Perform safety demonstrations and emergency procedures to ensure passenger understanding.
- Respond to passenger inquiries and provide information as needed.
- Monitor and manage cabin conditions, including temperature and lighting.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Fluent in English; additional language skills are a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation and a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
- Adaptability to travel schedules and shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Willingness to undergo training and follow safety protocols.
