Field Service Mechanic

1 Resource Group is seeking experienced Field Service Mechanics to join our clients team. This is a direct hire position with great benefits offered. As a Field Service Mechanic, you will be responsible for performing maintenance and repairs on various types of equipment, including heavy machinery, vehicles, and industrial equipment.

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues and perform necessary repairs.
• Conduct routine maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance and prevent breakdowns.
• Complete service reports and maintain accurate records of work performed.
• Collaborate with customers to understand their equipment issues and provide effective solutions.
• Operate and maintain tools and equipment necessary for repairs and maintenance.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and regulations while performing job duties.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in equipment technology.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of experience as a Field Service Mechanic or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
• Proven ability to diagnose and repair equipment issues.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• DOT certification is a plus.
