As an Outside Sales Representative, you will play a vital role not just as a representative but as the face of our brand in the region. Your impact goes beyond sales – you are the ambassador of our values and vision, forging strong connections within the broader beauty industry and championing the adoption of Booksy among businesses.

What you'll do

We are seeking a dedicated and client-focused Outside Sales Representative to join our team in Fort Lauderdale to grow our footprint!  We are looking for driven mission-minded salespeople who are masters at building relationships face-to-face, sharing business-building solutions, and passionate about empowering the small business community.

Please note candidates are required to be located in or Fort Lauderdale, FL

Your responsibilities will include: 

  • Hunting for new business within assigned territory
  • Strong focus on client care and building relationships
  • Results-driven attitude with a motivation to exceed sales targets
  • Willingness to step out of comfort zone to achieve goals
  • Understanding the importance of showcasing product value before making a sale
  • Own and manage a pipeline of potential clients and take advantage of every opportunity to grow your book of business.  Cold calls, walk-ins, sliding into DMs - you’re personable and persistent!
  • Attend industry events to further engage potential and current Booksy users
  • Set your clients up for success by conducting demos and educating them on all our app features and how they can best utilize our product for their business needs
  • Strong work ethic with a commitment to thorough follow-up

Requirements

  • 2-6 years of field sales experience is preferred
  • Located in or near Fort Lauderdale
  • Experience in the Beauty industry is preferred, but not required
  • Experience selling for technology/ SaaS companies is a plus; as well as working with small business clients
  • Experience in effective use of social media to reach business clients
  • Experience with sales process focused on onboarding /activation
  • English & Spanish Fluency is a plus (read, write, speak) 
  • Experience with utilizing Salesforce to organize your sales process and manage your pipeline
  • Vehicle for transportation purposes
