Kauffman Glass and Mirror in Sarasota is seeking an experienced Glazier who is skilled with shower/bathroom jobs to join our team. You be responsible for installing and repairing shower enclosures, ensuring superior quality and customer satisfaction. The starting pay for this position is $22/hour depending on experience.

Responsibilities
- Install and repair shower enclosures, including framed and non-framed options.
- Take precise measurements and cut glass to fit specified dimensions.
- Collaborate with clients and provide product recommendations to meet their budget and project needs.
- Utilize tools and equipment to install glass panels securely.
- Ensure all work is completed to high-quality standards and meets safety regulations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or concerns that may arise during installations.
- Communicate effectively with customers to address questions and provide updates on the progress of the project. Fluent in English is a must. Bilingual Spanish is a plus.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Glazier, specializing in shower enclosures.
- Strong knowledge of different types of glass and materials used in the industry.
- Proficient in measuring, cutting, and installing glass.
- Excellent problem-solving skills to address any issues or challenges during installations.
- Detail-oriented and able to produce precise work.
- Strong communication skills to interact with clients and ensure their satisfaction.
- Ability to follow safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment.
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and a clean driving record.
- Legally authorized to work for any US employer
