We seek a highly skilled and experienced Estimator/Project Manager to manage our Fort Myers office operations. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience using Quickbid and O.S.T software.
Requirements
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Quickbid and O.S.T software.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and contract documents.
- Proven track record of successfully managing projects.
- Strong sales and business development skills.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare estimates for Drywall, Stucco, Metal Framing, Insulation, A.C.T & EIFS.
- Read and understand blueprints, specifications, and contract documents.
- Provide value engineering suggestions, alternates, or price breakouts as required.
- Communicate verbally or in writing with general contractors.
- Act as a team leader and work well with others.
- Aggressively pursue sales and business development opportunities.
- Report directly to the owner.
- Attend construction events and seminars related to the industry as directed by management.
