Energy Efficiency Market Engagement Lead

Resource Innovations is seeking an Energy Efficiency Market Engagement Lead to manage customer engagement, trade ally networks, and ensure program goals are reached in our Jacksonville programs. Our work currently consists of delivering a fleet electrification program and a solar support program.  This role is the primary point of contact for all trade allies serving the program along with providing customer engagement and outreach for project development.  Responsibilities include regular in person meetings at trade ally offices and customer sites, recruiting of trade allies and customers to participate in the programs, detailed reviews of applications, and visibility into program goals and pipeline.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Meet regularly in person with client for meetings and special outreach/publicity events.
• Manage all aspects of trade ally relationships, including frequent in person meetings at their offices or job sites.
• Recruit trade allies and customers to the programs.
• Maintain knowledge of data management systems used to house project information.
• Adhere to all data security protocols established by Resource Innovations or the client.
• Address customer questions, complaints, and escalations.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in outreach, sales, and/or customer engagement
• Ability to travel for 50% locally within the greater Jacksonville, FL area.
• Proficiency with computers and cloud-based software applications that manage project workflows, store customer data, capture results of reviews, and communicate findings to partners.
• Ability to engage proactively with client and trade allies to understand needs, monitor work status, and lead adjustments as necessary.
• Work well in a team environment.
• Comfortable working with the client, the public, trade allies, contractors, and customers.
• Must be personable and actively interested in engaging with new people and building relationships across a wide array of people and companies.
• Interest in sustainability and passionate about making a meaningful impact on the environment.

Preferred skills, education and experience

• Minimum of Bachelor's Degree
• At least 5 years of experience in the Electric Vehicle and/or Residential Solar markets
• Experience with subcontractor management and training
• Experience with Salesforce reporting and data analysis
