As an onsite End User Support Tech, you will play a crucial role in troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues for a premier enterprise partner. You will be the first point of contact for onsite support requests, ensuring a friendly, efficient, and effective resolution to any inquiries. Your contributions will directly enhance the user experience and help maintain a productive work environment.
- Provide top-tier technical support to end-users via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues efficiently.
- Track and document support requests in our ticketing system.
- Assist users with software installations, application troubleshooting, and general IT inquiries.
- Collaborate with IT teams to escalate and resolve complex issues as necessary.
Requirements
- Strong customer service and communication skills are essential.
- Experience in a help desk or IT support role is required.
- Familiarity with ticketing systems like ServiceNow is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
