Email Marketing Manager

Scale Agile Solutions is a leading software development company that is seeking an experienced Email Marketing Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing email marketing campaigns to promote our products and services. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, design, and development to create engaging and effective email campaigns that drive customer engagement and conversion.

Responsibilities

• Developing and implementing email marketing strategies and campaigns
• Creating engaging and compelling email content
• Segmenting email lists and optimizing email deliverability
• Monitoring and analyzing email campaign performance and making data-driven recommendations for improvement
• A/B testing and optimizing email campaigns to maximize open rates, click-through rates, and conversions
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to coordinate email marketing efforts with other marketing channels
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve email marketing strategies

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Proven experience in email marketing
• Strong knowledge of email marketing best practices and industry trends
• Experience with email marketing platforms, such as Mailchimp or Constant Contact
• Proficiency in HTML and CSS for email template customization
• Excellent communication and copywriting skills
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
• Experience with marketing automation tools is a plus
• Familiarity with CRM systems, such as Salesforce, is a plus
• Experience with email deliverability and list management is a plus
• Knowledge of GDPR and email marketing compliance is a plus
