Electrician

The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and installing electrical systems in our properties. This is a full-time position that may require occasional evening or weekend work.

Job Responsibilities

• Inspect and diagnose electrical faults and malfunctions.
• Install electrical equipment and wiring systems.
• Repair electrical systems and equipment as needed.
• Ensure compliance with local and national electrical codes and standards.
• Update electrical equipment to meet current safety standards and requirements.
• Collaborate with contractors, builders, and other professionals to complete projects on time and on budget.
• Respond to emergency calls as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• One-year certificate from college or technical school. 2-year degree preferred.
• Must be a licensed Journeymen Electrician in the state of Florida.
• At least 5 years’ hands on experience
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
• Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
