Ecommerce Manager
Remote position with a a preference for Miami, FL. If the candidate is located in Miami, FL they will be expected to work in a Hybrid capacity.

We are seeking a dedicated Ecommerce Manager & Shopify Expert to spearhead the ecommerce operations and Shopify optimization for our diverse portfolio of partner brands. This role is pivotal in shaping the online shopping experience, driving conversions, and maximizing revenue for our clients through data-driven strategies and expert Shopify management.
Responsibilities:
Shopify Store Management:
- Lead the setup, customization, and ongoing management of Shopify stores for multiple partner brands, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and conversion optimization best practices.
- Implement custom Shopify themes, configure apps, and integrate third-party tools to enhance ecommerce functionality and user experience.
- Collaborate with design and development teams to implement UI/UX improvements and innovative features.
Ecommerce Strategy Development:
- Develop and execute holistic ecommerce strategies tailored to each brand's objectives, target audience, and market segment.
- Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities and emerging trends in the DTC and ecommerce space.
- Implement effective conversion rate optimization (CRO) strategies to improve onsite performance and increase customer lifetime value (CLV).
Technical App Management and Implementation:
- Identify, evaluate, and integrate Shopify apps and plugins to optimize site performance, enhance functionality, and address specific e-commerce needs.
- Manage app configuration, setup, and customization to leverage advanced features such as dynamic product recommendations, personalized messaging, and automated workflows.
- Implement and maintain third-party integrations (e.g., payment gateways, inventory management systems) to streamline operations and improve overall ecommerce efficiency.
Performance Monitoring and Optimization:
- Utilize analytics tools (e.g. PowerBI, Shopify Analytics) to monitor ecommerce KPIs, track sales performance, and identify areas for improvement.
- Implement A/B testing and data-driven optimizations to enhance product listings, checkout flow, and overall site usability.
- Continuously optimize SEO strategies and collaborate with digital marketing teams to align ecommerce initiatives with broader marketing campaigns.
Digital Marketing Integration:
- Work closely with our performance marketing team to integrate ecommerce strategies with digital advertising efforts, including paid social campaigns, Google Ads, and email marketing.
- Implement tracking pixels and tags to measure campaign effectiveness, attribution, and ROI from ecommerce channels.
- Optimize landing pages and campaign-specific product collections to maximize conversion rates and drive customer acquisition.
Ecommerce Technology and Tools:
- Stay informed about ecommerce industry trends, innovations, and emerging technologies.
- Evaluate and recommend ecommerce tools, plugins, and integrations to streamline operations and enhance customer experience.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate with internal teams (brand managers, design, content, marketing) and external partners (brand owners, vendors) to ensure seamless execution of ecommerce strategies.
- Liaise with inventory management and fulfillment teams to optimize order processing, shipping logistics, and inventory management processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of proven experience in ecommerce management, with a strong emphasis on Shopify.
- Advanced proficiency in Shopify setup, customization, and troubleshooting.
- Demonstrated success in driving ecommerce revenue growth and improving conversion rates.
- Deep understanding of ecommerce analytics, CRO principles, and digital marketing strategies.
- Proficiency in HTML/CSS, shopify liquid, and familiarity with web development technologies.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
