Disposition Specialist- Base Salary - Work from home

Offer Express is looking for a dedicated and results-driven Disposition Specialist to join our growing team. As a Disposition Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the sale of properties acquired through our real estate investments. Your role will involve building and maintaining relationships with investors, negotiating deals, and ensuring a smooth sales process to maximize profit on every transaction. Responsibilities

• Manage the disposition of acquired properties, including listing and selling homes to qualified buyers.
• Build and maintain a network of real estate investors while fostering relationships.
• Conduct market analysis to determine optimal pricing and marketing strategies for properties.
• Negotiate terms of sale, ensuring favorable outcomes for the company.
• Coordinate property showings and manage communication with potential buyers.
• Utilize CRM tools to maintain accurate records of transactions and communications.

Requirements

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in real estate sales or dispositions strongly preferred.
• Proficient in negotiation and closing sales with a results-oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Comfortable working independently in a home office setting.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple transactions.
• Knowledge of real estate principles, property management, and market trends.
• Ability to build rapport quickly and resolve objections effectively.
• Prior experience with CRMs and real estate software is a plus.
