Position Overview:
The Director of Inside Sales will lead, develop and manage the inside sales team to drive revenue growth and achieve sales objectives. This role involves strategic planning, team management, performance analysis, and collaboration with other departments to ensure a unified approach to achieving sales goals.
This is a full-time employment opportunity working in our Headquarters office in Boca Raton, FL.
Responsibilities:
Team Leadership and Management:
- Select, onboard, and develop members of the inside sales team, creating a high-performance culture.
- Set clear performance goals and provide regular feedback and coaching.
- Conduct performance reviews and implement improvement plans as necessary.
- Foster a positive and motivating work environment.
Sales Performance Monitoring:
- Track and analyze key performance metrics to assess team and individual performance.
- Generate and review regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and results.
- Identify performance gaps and implement action plans to address issues and enhance productivity.
Planning and Execution:
- Develop and implement inside sales tactics to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Analyze trends and customer needs to identify new opportunities and adjust accordingly.
- Create and manage sales plans, quotas and forecasts.
Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with management to align inside sales teams with expectations of various departments.
- Communicate effectively with other departments to ensure a cohesive approach to sales and customer engagement.
Requirements

- Experience in the mortgage or business lending industry
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (master’s degree preferred)
- 7 years of experience in sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership role managing 10+ inside sales team members
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing high-performing teams
- Strong understanding of sales processes, methodologies, and technologies
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Exceptional leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Experience with CRM systems and sales automation tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
