Position Overview:
The Digital Marketing Manager will develop, implement, track, and optimize our digital marketing campaigns and presence across all digital channels. The ideal candidate will possess creativeness and analytical skills that will help develop plans to broaden our social media reach, organize and maintain webinars/podcast, and create specialized material for our sales team members. A successful candidate will have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution.
This is a full-time employment opportunity working in our Boca Raton Headquarters Office.
Requirements
Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field
- 3-5 years of demonstrated successful digital marketing experience
- Social media savvy, with a passion for staying on top of trends
- Strong sense of creativity, imagination, and innovation
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with other departments
- Attention to detail coupled with high demands
- Ability to work in office on a full-time schedule, with some flexibility with work hours in order to respond to company clients/customers
Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns
- Design and maintain our social media presence – including, but not limited to, participation in podcasts, and the creation of newsletters and educational content
- Actively engage with clients and prospective clients on social media channels
- Research advertising trends, competitor’s pricing and products
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess goals, including ROIs and KPIs
- Monitor projects status and budget
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to create specialized materials, and brainstorm new growth and marketing strategies
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the observations
- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
- Work collaboratively with executive and analytics teams to understand and implement use of direct market research as it relates to competitor analyses
