Dental Front Office Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and Dental Front Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our front of office. You will manage several departments of our practice including Front Desk, Personnel, Scheduling, and Treatment Coordination (Sales). The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and sales skills, and the ability to manage staff effectively. This role is crucial in ensuring that our office runs smoothly while providing excellent patient care and maintaining compliance with all relevant regulations.

Hours:

Mon - Thu 8:00 - 5:00

Fri 8:00 -3:00

1 hour lunch break

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the dental front office, ensuring efficient workflow.
• Supervise and train office staff, fostering a positive work environment and promoting teamwork.
• Oversee scheduling, front desk, personnel and treatment coordination.
• Coordinate with dental professionals to ensure effective communication regarding patient care and treatment plans.
• Address patient inquiries and concerns promptly, enhancing overall patient satisfaction.

Requirements

Experience

• Previous experience in a dental clinic or healthcare setting is preferred.
• Excellent communication and sales skills.

Benefits
