We are seeking a dedicated and organized Front Desk receptionist to join our team. MUST HAVE DENTAL OFFICE EXPERIENCE. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service while managing front desk operations in a dental setting. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Experience in dental reception is a absolute MUST.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors warmly, ensuring a positive first impression.
• Manage appointment scheduling and confirmations.
• Handle incoming phone calls, directing inquiries appropriately and providing information as needed.
• Check patients out after treatment.
