Mini Melts Route Driver

As a Mini Melts Route Driver, you will visit customer locations to make sure they are pleased with the product, equipment and service. You will need to build and maintain great customer relations using strong service techniques and industry specific knowledge to represent Mini Melts. You will secure and transport funds from vending machines, and select customers, and bring funds to the office. You will operate vans and box trucks to transport products and equipment. You will maintain accurate records of inventory and product movement.

Initial training will be provided to all employees. After said training, a company cargo van will be assigned to you.

Starting pay is $17/hr. plus overtime.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver Mini Melts ice cream products to customer locations as scheduled
• Check in with customers to ensure satisfaction with products, equipment, and service
• Build and maintain strong customer relations
• Troubleshoot and repair vending machines as needed
• Collect and secure funds from serviced vending machines
• Assist with the installation of vending machines and freezer equipment
• Maintain accurate records of inventory and product movement
• Communicate with management regarding daily operations

Requirements

• Clean background check
• Valid driver's license
• Clean driving record
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Excellent customer service skills

Starting pay rate $17/hr.

● Over 40 Hours worked within a week is paid time and a half
