You will handle a variety of administrative tasks, including data verification, report generation, and assisting other departments with data-related projects. Responsibilities
- Input and update data related to listings, clients, and transactions in our database
- Ensure accuracy and consistency of data across all entries
- Perform regular data audits and corrections as needed
- Generate reports and perform data analysis to support decision-making
- Assist other departments with data management and administrative tasks
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and adhere to data protection policies
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in data entry or administration is a plus
- Proven experience as a data entry operator or in a similar role
- Excellent typing speed and accuracy
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and data management software
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
